Hello everyone and welcome to the blog I've created in my attempts to live out my wannabe dreams of being a super duper baking Cake Diva. That's right, I have no culinary training or qualifications, I just love beautiful cakes. I love baking pastries, tarts, cakes etc. and I have always been amazed and inspired when I see beautiful cake creations. I keep telling myself "I want to make something like that!", and yet I never really get around to really sinking my teeth in and making something NICE. I mean I bake stuff, but I want to do something kick-ass! Know what I mean??
